		<description>Our town of only 6000 residents has over 500 real estate agents trying to do business and stay afloat.

We live in a major vacation and tourism market. But still, 500 agents make the business way too saturated. 

And now that times have been difficult, we are seeing more and more realtors drop out each month and start new careers elsewhere.

Many of the agents in our office have had to find part-time jobs to supplement their income. But many of them have had no such luck.

Either way, I think it is important to just keep a postive mentality and hang in there. Times will get better for all of us soon.</description>
