Have you ever needed to be somewhere when you are expecting a FedEx delivery but you don’t have a FedEx Signature Waiver form? You search the FedEx site and can’t find a form, nor can you find instructions about how to get your hands on a FedEx Signature Waiver form. You call the toll free number, and the lady who answers the phone doesn’t have a clue. She puts you on hold, and then she comes back and tells you to leave a note with your signature. She’s no help. You wonder what to put in the note and how to address it or what information the FedEx guy will need.
Finally, someone has taken the initiative to create a FedEx Signature Waiver form. Thank God. You can thank me later, but here it is for you to download or copy for your own use over and over again.

You will spend a lot of time with your agent during the process. Choose someone likable. Go with your gut. I got to know Chuck during the process, and he's a great guy!
You need an agent who is competent to handle and help you negotiate the issues that come up during disclosure, home inspection, appraisal, etc. Chuck's competence is superb! I got truly professional, sound, straightforward advice.
Chuck's communication skills are exceptional: phone, email, fax. He has a wonderful ability to stay "on-point" with what is actually important and doesn't lead you astray on issues that aren't so important.
Chuck's turn-around time on questions, issue resolution, etc. was virtually always within 24 hours. He follows-up, follows-through. He does what he says he will do timely. This relieves a lot of Buyer stress!
