AI in real estate is getting hot. AI is the talk of the town lately in every sports bar, every church, and every real estate brokerage. Well, maybe not so much in real estate brokerage, but certainly at my real estate brokerage. I’m using AI to create powerful research tools and apps to guide my buyer clients through the labyrinthian maze of traps for the unwary. I am blessed to have figured out how to take four decades of real estate experience, including 20 years as a real estate attorney, 15 year running a brokerage, and authoring over 80 books and pack the majority of what I’ve learned into AI apps that my clients can now use.
The apps I’m creating don’t exist anywhere else, because I coded them with my loyal genius assistant, AI, aka Artificial Intelligence. I know it’s silly, but when I talk about AI, I assign a male persona to AI, so I use pronouns like “he” and “him”. Makes me laugh when I think about that.
By combining my lifetime of work with AI’s extraordinary capacity to pack all those years of knowledge and experience into concise and well articulated answers to your questions, I find myself experiencing a deep sense of fulfillment because I know my clients are getting the same kind of truths I would give them in person. Of course, this is true, because the AI knowledge bases I created consist of my thousands of articles, hundreds of videos, books, and years of work.
AI in Real Estate – Special Knowledge, Not General
These special knowledge bases do not include information from any other data sources on the Internet. This is NOT general AI knowledge as if you were using the public version of ChatGPT or Grok. It is very specific for my clients and very specialized in real estate. Why is this unique or so beneficial to clients wanting to buy or sell homes? I certainly have no personal drive to boast, but you may not know that I am considered by many to be one of our nation’s foremost real estate experts. Few people have specialized in a niche subject for over four decades as I have.
That means these knowledge bases I created are actually worth a man’s entire life and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent at the undergraduate, graduate and post graduate levels. I am now giving all of this away free to my clients. I’m sure most will never know the true value of these AI Chats I created, but that’s okay, because I derive great personal satisfaction knowing I’m helping people, even those who never move to Sequim, Washington to buy a home through me.
