    In 5 years I have only had one problem with boundary lines trying to close a home. Good thing it went smooth and both parties agreed!

    He’s right that life is too short for neighbors disputing boundary lines especially ones that are inconsequential. Having peace with your neighbors also needs to be factored into the whole picture of the property.

    Nothing worse than having neighbors chopping away at your ferns. It’s essential to that one knows the boundaries before closing on a property.
