Is a real estate crash coming soon? I wrote a book titled “The Coming Real Estate Crash in 2022.” But there are far more intelligent and plugged-in real estate experts like Harry Dent and others who have been forecasting a massive downturn in the real estate market. We live in real estate cycles that go up and down. That we cannot doubt. The unknown variable that is the hardest of all to know is . . . timing. This video could certainly be considered contrarian to the vast majority of the media and the real estate industry and the mortgage industry tells us, but it is probably a good idea to watch it anyway.
