Sequim Homes for Sale – Nightmares to Avoid

There are many Sequim homes for sale, but there are also many traps for the unwary–nightmares to avoid.  What if you could sit down and talk with a Sequim Realtor who has been in the area for a couple of decades and ask that Realtor every question you could think of related to looking at Sequim homes for sale and buying your ideal home?  And what if you could also talk to a real estate attorney in Sequim who could answer all your questions about the issues that come up when buyers are negotiating and buying a Sequim home?

    Thanks for this article; I agree with you. Would like to add another point though – I think pest and mold inspections are also important while buying homes anywhere.

    And as buyers observe these things, you should take care of these things before you put your home for viewing as well.
