The March Sequim real estate report is worth viewing. The market has been picking up, and this information shows us a vignette of what is happening in Sequim. Active listings in March were down 25% from March one year ago. That’s proof of what I have been writing about on this blog for a long time–that our inventory of the best homes is shrinking. And here’s a another significant stat: the number of days on market until sold is down 27% from last year. Demand is up and supply is down. You know what that means.
