Some real estate agents around the country are riding bicycles to save gas and the environment while they show their clients homes for sale. Amazing! In this photo, an agent in San Diego takes clients out.
This presents a challenge to all of us who are Realtors. Do we promote bicycling to show houses and land? Would clients like that? Should be we more conscious of the environment and try to save fossil fuels?
The answers are no, no, and yes.
Bicycling has not caught on in Sequim or Port Angeles as a popular form of transportation for showing listed properties for sale. Hmm. How long would it take for me and two clients to look at eight houses on bike’s stretching from Freshwater Bay west of Port Angeles to the John Wayne Marina in Sequim? Answer: too long.

This is one crazy ideea
Yeah, as timing is concerned I am sure many would not like it but apart from that it can be a great idea to use bicycles for your own personal visits or going home. It can save you cash plus it’s healthy for both environment and ourselves hehe 🙂 You could get your quota of exercise by that only.
Well, it seems a good way to stay fit, but I can’t imagine how long it would take. I think most people’s interest sends them to several good neighborhoods in which case, bicycle just doesn’t make much sense.
Even in an urban setting this seems awkward and more of a gimmick than an actual advantage.
That’s my two cents…
Hi I think its a great idea although i work in rural areas and it would be totally impractable for me to do it myself,however for city tours I think the clients would love it a bigger danger would be people wanting free richshaw rides.
