Sequim and Port Angeles Real Estate

Sequim and Port Angeles Real Estate, LLC is pleased to announce another first.  We are constantly creating tools for buyers to make their home searches and buying experiences better, and we’ve done it again.  And like everything we do, this is another free service for buyers. If Spanish is your first language, you will love our Spanish version of our Newsletter.

Nuestra newslette da a nuestros clientes la información más reciente sobre la compra de bienes raíces Sequim, incluyendo la forma de encontrar el hogar perfecto, cómo negociar el mejor precio, y mucho más.

But wait, it gets better.  We also send out a French Sequim and Port Angeles Real Estate Newsletter for our Canadian friends, a Chinese Sequim and Port Angeles Real Estate Newsletter (my good friend Ryan is fluent in Chinese), a German Sequim and Port Angeles Real Estate Newsletter, a Russian Newsletter (I had three years of Russian), and a Japanese Newsletter.  Any of our clients from those countries, and we do have International clients who buy in Sequim and Port Angeles, who prefer to learn about buying a home or land here can read it and best understand it in their native language.  This is definitely a first for a Sequim Real Estate Broker.

Sequim and Port Angeles Real Estate

We are responsible for many firsts, and I can tell you why.  We are constantly seeking to serve our clients better, and we work night and day to make that happen.  To read more about how this brokerage stays way ahead of the competition for the benefit of buyers and sellers, read Sequim and Port Angeles Real Estate Firsts.

Thanks Maribel, the answer to your question could turn into a book. Actually, it did. I’ve written several books on this subject and on the evolving world of marketing for real estate agents, including The New World of Marketing for Real Estate Agents, Real Estate From Bricks and Mortar to High Tech Virtuality, and books that share some insider secrets with buyers, like Sequim Real Estate for Buyers: Free eBook Updates Forever, The Seven Myths of Selling Your Home, Buying and Selling Real Estate in the Rain Shadow, and I have over 2,200 articles on this Sequim real estate blog.

I’ve been building websites since the Internet first went public back in 1994, and I’ve built as many as 100 websites and blogs since then. I have invested a lot of money in hardware, software, servers, security, and my own education to do what I do now. It’s been a long and challenging road. One big difference between me and most of my colleagues is that my business model puts my clients at the center of the Universe, and I serve their best interests first and always. While others give lip service to the same idea, I’m the only one in my market who has actually put my money and thousands of hours and decades to do exactly that. That means I have not put profit or bragging rights about the number of homes I sell above my clients’ best interests. Money is not my God. My calling is to serve my clients’ best interest, and that means a lot of hard work, like this real estate blog, which gives and gives and gives without any direct profits in return. And even though my site is the largest real estate blog of any individual broker on the entire Olympic Peninsula, and possibly all of the northwest, I have never permitted advertising, which would make me money but would annoy my clients. The time and money I’ve spent on my education and training to do the best possible job for my clients is above and beyond anything my good colleagues (and friends) have done. Think law degree with a speciality in real estate (having been a Realtor prior), working in various real estate brokerages to get experience and familiarity with their business models and marketing, building my own brokerage, creating the largest real estate marketing system online in my market, writing many real estate books specific for buyers in my market, creating an entire video division and producing the highest quality buyer videos (Hollywood quality as my mentor is a retired Hollywood producer), posting thousands of photos, and responding personally to buyer’s questions year after year.

One of the keys to what I’m doing is that everything about my business model from the beginning, everything about the content I post, everything about the videos, everything about the photos, everything about the books, and everything about how I market to buyers is all done with my clients’ at the center of every decision.

So this is the beginning of the answer to your question Maribel. The rest . . . as they say . . . is history.

Superb blog! Do you have any tips for aspiring writers?

I’m planning to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you advise starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I’m totally confused .. Any suggestions? Bless you!
