Sequim beaches are beautiful, and while this is the shortest video I’ve ever posted to Youtube at 20 seconds, I thought you might enjoy it. This is a 10 walk from my front porch.
No wonder so many of us who have lived in Sequim for a long time have no plans to live anywhere else. I will personally testify that there’s definitely something incredibly therapeutic about walking on a beach. This is the Strait of Juan de Fuca about 5 miles on the north side of Sequim. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach, the fresh saltwater breeze coming from the northwest and gently kissing my cheeks, and the feeling of soft sand beneath each step are all healing medicine for the soul.
My dog clearly thinks he’s in Heaven on this beach, too. Come and walk our Sequim beaches and experience this for yourself.
