How do you compare Sequim water views? That’s not easy. I just showed clients two Sequim water views. One home was a high bluff property and the other was up in the hills with a panoramic view of Sequim Bay. Both properties are incredible, and both properties had custom luxury homes with unique and beautiful architecture. But they are dramatically different because of the views.
Sequim Water Views High and Low
Sequim water views come in all shapes and sizes. We have beach property with no bluff, and you simply walk out the back door and onto the sand. We have low, medium, and high bluff property. Low bluff property would be 10 to 20 feet from the top of the bluff to the beach. Medium bluff property is generally 20 feet to 40 feet. Today I showed a high bluff with Sequim water views that would cause anyone’s heart to skip a beat.

There are advantages and disadvantages to each, but ultimately, within your price range, you’ve got to ask where would you like to spend the rest of your life?
