A Sequim horse ranch is hard to find. If you’re coming to the Olympic Peninsula and you have one or two or three horses, you’ll be looking for the ideal little horse ranch for your family. It’s surprising how many horse owners there are in the area, but they rarely are in a selling mood.
I’m not kidding when I say people who retire here don’t ever move. Granted, after 15 to 20 years they may want to move closer to their grand kids, but by that time they are in their mid-80s. Most people retire here in their 50s and 60s and never leave. That’s how wonderful it is to live in the Sequim area. I’ve been here 26 years, and I have no plans to ever live anywhere else either.
This is a short video, but I wanted you to get a glimpse of a beautiful home on 10 acres with horses. This kitchen could be in a Santa Barbara or Newport Beach home. Just incredible!
I represented the buyers on this home, and it was a pleasure when your clients are wonderful, the home is gorgeous, and the listing agent is also a pleasure to work with. I wish all my transactions went this smoothly.
You can use my special link to all the horse ranches in the Sequim and Port Angeles area, and this link is a hot link, meaning it is always a link to the current horse property listings no matter when you use it. It will show you all the horse properties for sale today, and it will show you all the horse properties for sale next year. The link is one the hot links I programmed for you on my Sequim-Homes.com MLS site, and if you go to almost to the bottom on the right of the home page, you’ll find this link. Here it is for your convenience: Sequim Horse Properties. It also works for Port Angeles Horse Properties.
